About Floating Floor

A floating floor is wood floor, laminate that has no adhesive in between the subfloor and the actual wood floor. Generally, a pad is placed in between the subfloor and wood floor. A floating floor is ideal and recommended for when you have vinyl or ceramic that cannot be removed and has to be covered by woodfloor. Sometimes commercial or office areas have restrictions but you do not have to be limited because a floating floor is a good option.
